As the smoldering ashes of what was the year 2020 slowly sift themselves back into the cold, dead ground, we look upon the horizon of 2021 with hope and anticipation. Thankfully, automotive enthusiasts can ring in the new year on an up beat at the Annual Mecum Kissimmee Auction held at the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida.
Mecum’s Kissimmee 2021 auction runs from January 7-16, 2021 and will feature over 3,500 cars to go across the block. Many of those cars will be of particular interest to Mustang enthusiasts, as many notable cars from almost every generation of Mustang production will be represented. Dana Mecum and company haven’t built the Mecum Auctions brand into the world’s largest auction house by simply exchanging owners of various cars. Instead, they have hand-chosen some of the finest examples from throughout the automotive collector hobby and at any given Mecum event, attendees are given opportunity to see, up close, some of the rarest examples on display.
The Kissimmee Mecum event has some particularly notable cars for the Mustang lover. Scheduled to cross the auction block during Mecum’s stay in Central Florida are perfectly restored to resto-modded classics, vintage performance icons, modified modern street monsters, and everything in between.
Vehicles begin rolling across the block Thursday through Sunday, January 7-16 at 10 AM. Attendees will have plenty of time to view the day’s offerings as the gates open daily at 8 AM and close one hour after the final vehicle of the day crosses the block. Advance tickets are $20 per person, per day and are only offered until 11:59PM January 6, 2021 CDT).
